Payment Processing

For all transactions, Zeitstand exclusively partners with Stripe to securely process payments. By using our services, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policies.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly-based subscriptions designed to support a variety of customer needs. Each subscription plan includes:

  • Base Billing: A fixed monthly fee for core services, charged at the start of each billing period.
  • Usage Billing: Additional charges based on service usage during the billing period, added to the monthly base fee.

Billing and Invoicing

  1. Automatic Billing: Payments are processed automatically via Stripe on a recurring basis, aligned with your selected subscription plan.
  2. Billing Cycles: All billing cycles are monthly, starting from the day of subscription activation. Invoices detail both base and usage fees and are sent to the registered email.
  3. Late Payment Policy: In the event of a failed payment, additional attempts may be made. If the payment fails repeatedly, access to services may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, if you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us to review your account.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
